My background includes more than 10,000 property-preservation and REO work orders along with thousands of occupancy and insurance inspections for properties throughout the real-estate servicing industry.
That experience developed into a broader focus on property records, land research, title-related research, and real-estate due diligence. Today, I operate LandFile Research with a focus on gathering, organizing, and presenting property information in a way that is useful to investors, professionals, and property owners.
My research work incorporates county and municipal records, recorded documents, parcel and GIS data, mapping resources, tax information, and specialized property-research software.
